Lincoln Smith
Operations Manager (IT, SEO and Google AdWords Specialist)
While completing his Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Marketing and Finance from Sydney University, Lincoln Smith became an intern at lead creation. Upon graduation, he was appointed Trainee Operations Manager, and was soon appointed to the role officially.
He is passionate about educating businesses to enable them to realise the marketing opportunities that the internet and other emerging technologies have to offer. He is directly involved in the growing client base of lead creation, providing support in terms of website design and maintenance, search engine optimisation and Google AdWords campaign management.
His role is also to oversee all day-to-day operations and he works closely with both staff and clients to ensure everything runs smoothly. With a combination of both technical and personal skills, Lincoln is a great manager of our dynamic and energetic team.

As our resident Google optimisation and online marketing specialist, Vahe Arabian is an integral part of the lead creation team and originally joined us as an intern. He is always happy to advise clients and staff on how to get the most out of technology and how to improve website optimisation for Google. With his passion for technology, Vahe plays a key role in Research and Development at lead creation.
His focus is always upon discovering new ways to improve website usability and interactivity, and upon making use of emerging legitimate SEO methods. His ability to think strategically, tactically, technically and creatively, consistently allows him to deliver improved search engine traffic and better online marketing both for lead creation and its clients.
